Negative emotions destroy the human body. It is necessary to treat events more calmly and avoid stress.

According to Oxu.Az citing RIA Novosti, these opinions were expressed by renowned Russian doctor and academician Leo Bokeria.

The doctor said that emotional shocks are sometimes so strong that they not only cause physical pain but also lead to the body's failure and weakening. The expert emphasized that physical and psychological health are closely interconnected.

Anxiety and constant shocks negatively affect the functioning of many organs, but the cardiovascular system suffers the most. The academician especially advised not to dwell on negative moments.

He also noted the importance of learning the right lessons from crises and failures: "This is very important to become better, wiser, and constantly move forward."
