Land plots worth tens of millions of manat have been put up for sale in Baku.
According to listings, 39 hectares in Bilgəh are offered for 58.5 million manat, 300 sots near Ulduz metro for 40 million, and 350 sots near Dərnəgül for 38 million.
The highest price per sot is recorded near Icherisheher metro: 2.2 sots cost about 1 million manat per sot.
Badamdar, 28 May, and Khetai metro areas also feature expensive lands.
Chairman of the Azerbaijani Appraisers Society Vugar Oruj said land prices are naturally and sustainably increasing. Land is an attractive long-term investment.
