Construction of a large-scale residential complex has started in Nakhchivan city.
Oxu.Az reports citing Baku.ws that MIDA MMC will build 6 multi-apartment residential buildings on a 4.98-hectare area at the intersection of Aligulu Gamkusar Street and Babek district.
The estimated cost of the project is 24 million 194 thousand 879 manats.
In the first phase, large-scale earthworks will be carried out. The area will be excavated with excavators, the removed soil will be transported by trucks, new soil will be brought and leveled with bulldozers to prepare for the foundation of the buildings.
As a result of the project, a new residential complex will be created in Nakhchivan, the housing stock will expand and additional opportunities will be formed to improve the housing provision of the population. In addition, the creation of a new residential area will contribute to the development of the city's construction and urban planning infrastructure.
