Citizens may no longer need to switch between apps to access public services.
Azerbaijan accelerates its transition to a digital state. The goal is to unify services on a single platform and reduce paperwork.
Chaired by First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, the Digital Development Council discussed AI integration and cybersecurity.
Services are gradually being integrated into the "myGov" platform. Citizens will access most services through one app.
Proactive services are expanding. For example, pensions will be automatically assigned. Childbirth benefits will be paid without additional application.
Citizens will receive automatic notifications before ID cards and driver's licenses expire. In healthcare, the Medical Digital Twin system will be implemented.
Experts say the goal is to make services faster, transparent, and accessible. In the future, all public services will be provided through a unified digital ecosystem.
