Massimiliano Allegri has been appointed as the new head coach of Napoli, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Romano confirmed on X that the 58-year-old tactician accepted all terms offered by the Naples club. The contract is expected to be signed soon, with the deal considered complete.
Allegri previously coached AC Milan last season, leading them to 5th place with 70 points, missing out on Champions League qualification.
Napoli, under Antonio Conte, finished 2nd with 76 points.
