Carlo Ancelotti's son agrees to coach Lille

Davide Ancelotti, son of Brazil national team coach Carlo Ancelotti, will take charge of a French Ligue 1 club.

According to Oxu.Az citing "Footmercato", Lille has reached an agreement with the Italian specialist.

The younger Ancelotti will replace Frenchman Bruno Genesio, who declined to renew his contract with the club.

Previously, Davide Ancelotti worked as an assistant coach at PSG, Bayern Munich, Napoli, Everton, Real Madrid, and the Brazil national team.

His only head coaching experience was at Botafogo in Brazil, where he managed from July to December 2025.
