Italian opera superstar Andrea Bocelli will perform at the opening ceremony of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
FIFA announced the news on its official social media channels.
The opening match will take place on June 11, 2026, at the legendary Azteca Stadium in Mexico City, featuring Mexico vs. South Africa.
Other performers include David Guetta, EJAE, and Megan Thee Stallion.
The tournament, featuring a record 48 teams, will run from June 11 to July 19.
