Turkish national team midfielder Arda Guler has commented on the 2-0 loss to Australia in the World Cup qualifiers.
Speaking to the 'Rising Stars XI' account on X, Guler congratulated the opponent but questioned some referee decisions.
"Handball incidents were missed. But our defeat wasn't solely due to that. We failed to score and defended poorly," he stated.
Guler acknowledged fans' disappointment and vowed the team would bounce back stronger.
