Arsenal's 16-year-old midfielder Max Dauman has become the youngest-ever Premier League champion.
His team secured the title after Manchester City drew 1-1 with Bournemouth in the 37th matchday.
Dauman was 16 years and 139 days old, breaking Phil Foden's record of 17 years and 350 days.
