Azerbaijan's women's 3x3 basketball team has advanced to the quarterfinals of the World Cup.

The team achieved this feat in Warsaw, Poland, after a play-in victory over Lithuania.

The match went into overtime, with Azerbaijan winning 14:12.

In the group stage, they defeated Madagascar, Czechia, and Poland, but lost to the Netherlands.

The quarterfinal against Germany will take place on June 6.
