Azerbaijan's youth judo team increased its medal count to seven at the European Judo Championships in Las Palmas, Spain.
On the second day, Sadig Mammadov (-73 kg) reached the final but lost to a Bulgarian opponent, earning a silver medal.
Ilkin Garayev (-66 kg) won the bronze medal by defeating a Czech rival in the repechage.
On the first day, Zahra Gulieva and Nihad Agayev won gold, Farid Rzazade silver, and Ibrahim Talibov and Konul Eyvazli bronze.
