The Azerbaijan national minifootball team, double European champions, has returned home.
According to Oxu.Az, the athletes were welcomed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by journalists, public figures, and fans.
Recall that the team, coached by Elshad Guliyev, defeated the Ukrainian national team in the final. The match at Tipos Arena ended with a score of 2:0.
Thus, this is the second European championship title for Azerbaijan in minifootball. The national team previously won the title in 2022.
