The Azerbaijani team has finished the individual competitions of the European Youth Judo Championship in Spain with 10 medals.

According to Oxu.Az, the Azerbaijan Judo Federation announced that on the third day of the championship, three more Azerbaijani judokas stepped onto the podium.

Omar Akhundov (90 kg) won a silver medal after losing to Lithuania's Tajus Babaychenka in the final. In the 81 kg category, Ayxan Hasanli and Yaqub Mammadov secured bronze medals.

Earlier, Zahra Guliyeva (40 kg) and Nihad Aghayev (50 kg) won gold; Farid Rzazade (50 kg) and Sadiq Mammadov (73 kg) won silver; and Ibrahim Talibov (55 kg), Konul Eyvazli (48 kg), and Ilkin Garayev (66 kg) won bronze.

Tomorrow, the final day of the tournament will feature mixed team competitions. The Azerbaijani team will face the Czech Republic in the round of 16.
