The U-17 European Wrestling Championships continue in Samokov, Bulgaria.
On the second day, the first medalists in Greco-Roman wrestling were determined.
Omar Salmanov (48 kg) won silver after losing to Russian Artyom Tkachenko 1:5 in the final.
Gurban Majnunov (55 kg) also took silver, losing to Russian Edem Payziyev 1:2 in a tense final.
Orkhan Habibli (65 kg) won bronze by defeating Greek Dionisios Bouloutidis in the repechage and Ukrainian Oleksandr Venets 9:0 in the bronze medal match.
Thus, our team won two silver and one bronze medals on the second day.
