Brazil's national team underwent a strict security screening upon landing in New Jersey for the 2026 World Cup. Players, coaches, and officials had their personal belongings and shoes inspected.
According to "O Globo," the inspection took place directly on the runway to avoid delays inside the airport.
Earlier, the Uzbekistan delegation faced a similar rigorous check.
Recall that the 2026 World Cup will be held from June 11 to July 19 in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Brazil will face Morocco, Haiti, and Scotland in the group stage.
