Brazilian Defender Sezar Joins Alashkert

Brazilian defender Sezar transfers from Azerbaijan's Shamakhi to Armenian club Alashkert for the new season.

Brazilian Defender Sezar Joins Alashkert

Armenian club Alashkert has announced the signing of Brazilian center-back Sezar.

The 26-year-old becomes the latest addition to the Yerevan side during the summer transfer window.

Sezar's previous club was Azerbaijan's Shamakhi, where he played 33 matches and scored three goals last season.

Before moving to Azerbaijan, he played in Brazil's C and D Series. Alashkert finished fourth in the Armenian championship last season.
