Bobby Tambling, Chelsea's second-highest all-time goalscorer, has died at the age of 84.
According to Sky Sports, the former Blues striker passed away after a long illness. He had been diagnosed with dementia.
Tambling played for Chelsea from 1959 to 1970, scoring 202 goals, second only to Frank Lampard (211 goals).
He won the English League Cup with Chelsea in 1965. Later playing for clubs in England and Ireland, he won the Irish league with Cork City in 1974.
