Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic faced severe physiological problems during his third-round match at the French Open against Brazilian Joao Fonseca.

On May 29, Djokovic lost to Fonseca in five sets - 6:4, 6:4, 3:6, 5:7, 5:7. The match lasted 4 hours and 57 minutes.
In the fifth set, Djokovic vomited on the court. The 39-year-old Serbian failed to reach the Grand Slam Round of 16 for the first time since 2009.
