Azerbaijan's mini-football head coach Elshad Guliyev stated that the match against Kazakhstan was the most difficult in the European Championship.
According to Oxu.Az, Guliyev shared his thoughts after the 1/8 final victory with a score of 3:2 in Slovakia.
"It was a tough game. I congratulate the opponent. They played well. We had not faced such difficulty before. Playoff matches are heavy. We wanted to be more careful but conceded an unexpected goal. We made changes and managed to turn the game."
He emphasized that the opponent played rough, but they were prepared. He added that the quarterfinal against Czech Republic will be an "early final."
