Viktor Udo, a striker for Czech club České Budějovice, has died at the age of 21.
According to Oxu.Az citing Nieuwsblad, the player was found dead at his home in Nigeria.
Udo had traveled to Nigeria for a break after the season in the Czech Republic. The cause of death has not been disclosed.
Viktor Udo was a product of Nigeria's Abuja club. He moved to Belgium's Antwerp in March 2023 and played 28 games for the first team in early 2024.
In February 2025, the striker transferred to Southampton before moving to České Budějovice.
