Oguz Cetin, a football expert who previously worked in Azerbaijan, has been appointed to a key role at Turkish giants Fenerbahce.
The Istanbul club announced on its official website that the 63-year-old experienced professional will serve as the club's football director.
It is worth noting that Cetin was at the helm of Khazar Lankaran in 2014.
