Turkish Süper Lig club Göztepe is closely monitoring Qarabag's left-back Elvin Cafarguliyev.
According to Oxu.Az citing IHA, the Izmir-based club is expected to initiate official contacts and submit a formal bid for the 25-year-old defender.
Cafarguliyev, under contract with Qarabag until 2027, is reportedly open to leaving the club.
Negotiations are expected to begin in the coming days, and if progress is positive, the transfer will be finalized.
Last season, Cafarguliyev made 42 appearances for Qarabag across all competitions, scoring 2 goals and providing 1 assist.
