Journalist "Micky Jnr" reported this on X. Further details are not yet disclosed.

France will play a friendly against Northern Ireland on June 8. Mbappe might be given rest.

France faces Senegal, Norway, and Iraq in the 2026 World Cup group stage. First match is on June 16 against Senegal.
