According to Oxu.Az, this was reported by "Need To Know".

The 19-year-old athlete, living in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, was found unconscious in her home on June 9. Medical workers who arrived on the scene could not save her. Law enforcement found no signs of violence or strangulation on the body.

Investigators have secured the area, but no arrests have been made in connection with the incident.

Hernandez, who played as a goalkeeper, had recently transferred to "Obson Dinamo", a team competing in the third division of the national championship.

The exact cause of the female footballer's death remains unknown.

"Need To Know" notes that the Sinaloa state authorities have increased security measures due to the activation of criminal groups in the area. However, it is reported that the footballer's death is not related to criminal activities.
