Aston Villa's attacking midfielder Morgan Rogers has been named the Europa League Player of the Year.

The announcement was made on the tournament's official X account.

Rogers appeared in 15 matches, scoring three goals and providing five assists.

In the final against Freiburg, he scored a goal and assisted another in a 3-0 victory.

His contract with Aston Villa runs until summer 2031.
