Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho plans to rebuild the midfield in the upcoming summer transfer window.

According to Oxu.Az citing Fichajes, the Portuguese coach wants Sporting's Morten Yulmann and West Ham's Matheus Fernandes.

Club officials have started investigating possible transfers for both players.

Mourinho became Real Madrid's head coach on June 1.
