Neftchi will compete in the 2026/27 Conference League, and 11 of their 26 potential opponents are now known.
The Baku club will enter the tournament from the first qualifying round.
Under head coach Yuri Vernidub, the team's confirmed opponents include: Stjarnan (Iceland), Europa (Gibraltar), Inter (Finland), Yelimay (Kazakhstan), Hegelmann (Lithuania), Penybont (Wales), NSÍ Runavík (Faroe Islands), Glentoran (Northern Ireland), Marsaxlokk (Malta), Nõmme Kalju (Estonia), and Caernarfon Town (Wales).
The draw will take place on June 16, with matches scheduled for July 9-16.
