The Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation has appointed new coaches for the freestyle wrestling national teams in the lower age groups.
Arif Abdullayev has been added to the senior national team's coaching staff. Ashraf Aliyev has been appointed as the head coach of the U-20 team, with Rovshan Hajiyev, Nazim Alijanov, and Asgerkhan Novruzov serving as assistant coaches.
The U-17 team will be led by head coach Haji Aliyev, assisted by Girkhlar Badalov, Allahverdi Veliyev, and Yashar Aliyev. Emin Azizov has been named head coach of the U-15 team, with Elshad Allahverdiyev and Aliabbas Rzazade as assistants. Abil Ibrahimov will support the team as a consultant coach.
