Qarabag FC has completed another transfer.
Negotiations with Sweden's Djurgardens IF were successful, and 26-year-old striker Zakaria Savo has joined Qarabag.
The Swedish forward signed a 3-year contract. Savo played for Djurgardens since 2025 and was on loan at Cyprus side AEL in 2026.
Throughout his career, he has played for Olympic, Rosengard, Oskarshamns AIK in Sweden, Start in Norway, and Aris in Cyprus.
Notably, Savo is the second player to join the team in the summer transfer window. Earlier, on May 18, the transfer of French winger Jaly Mouaddib was officially announced.
