Shafa has completed its first transfer of the 2026/27 summer window.
The Baku-based club has signed Rauf Huseynli. The 26-year-old defender penned a two-year contract.
The right-back last played for Kapaz. Last season, he made 28 appearances, scoring 6 goals and providing 1 assist.
A product of Qarabag's academy, Huseynli has also played for Zira, Shamakhi, and Gabala during his career.
