Cristiano Ronaldo has gifted Portuguese President Antonio Jose Seguro a special national team jersey featuring the president's surname and the number 2026.
According to Oxu.Az, the information was released by the national team's press service.
The head of state received the players and coaching staff before heading to the World Cup. During the meeting, Ronaldo took the Portuguese flag from Seguro's hands.
The FIFA World Cup will take place from June 11 to July 19 in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. For the first time, 48 teams will participate. Portugal will compete in a group with DR Congo, Colombia, and Uzbekistan.
