Saudi Arabian Football Federation surprises fans by distributing free tickets for the upcoming World Cup matches.

According to Oxu.Az, the announcement was made on the official page of Saudi Arabia's embassy in the USA.

This unexpected decision comes amid serious concerns from FIFA about potential low attendance in stadiums.

"The countdown to the FIFA World Cup has begun. To celebrate this grand event, we offer free tickets to Saudi national team fans currently in the USA," the statement said.

World Cup 2026 will run from June 11 to July 19. The historic tournament will be hosted by three countries: USA, Canada, and Mexico.

Official ticket prices range from $100 to $6,370.
