In the first round of Group C of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Haiti and Scotland faced off.
The match was held at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, USA, officiated by Algerian referee Mustafa Ghorbal.
Scotland secured a minimal 1-0 victory.
The only goal came in the 29th minute from midfielder John McGinn, who struck from the center of the penalty area.
Other Group C teams Brazil and Morocco drew 1-1.
In the second round, Scotland will face Morocco, while Haiti will play Brazil. Both matches are scheduled for June 20.
