Turkish club Beşiktaş has parted ways with head coach Sergen Yalçın.

According to Oxu.Az, the news was first reported by TRT Spor.

Following a meeting with club president Serdal Adalı at the training base, Yalçın resigned. Beşiktaş finished fourth in the Süper Lig and lost in the Turkish Cup semifinals.

The club is expected to issue an official statement later today.

Yalçın previously coached Beşiktaş in the 2020/2021 season and returned in August 2025.
