Former Manchester City and Chelsea striker Raheem Sterling has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.
According to Oxu.Az citing The Sun, banned substances were found in the four-time English champion's car.
The footballer refused to undergo a medical examination. Sources say Sterling was arrested after crashing his Lamborghini.
No other vehicles were involved and no injuries were reported. The Feyenoord forward was released on bail.
Sources close to Sterling say he has been going through "difficulties".
In January 2026, Chelsea terminated their contract with the player. In February, Sterling signed with Feyenoord. He has played eight matches in the Dutch league and provided one assist.
