Sumqayit FC defender Kenan Feyziyev has undergone surgery after an injury.

The young player was injured during the 32nd round of the Azerbaijan Premier League match against Zira. He had successful surgery in Ankara, Turkey.

Feyziyev underwent anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus surgery. He is expected to return to the pitch in 6-9 months.
