Manchester City's new signing Elliot Anderson is the most expensive player of the summer transfer window so far.

According to Oxu.Az citing Transfermarkt.ru, the contract value is 135 million euros.

In second place is Portuguese Mateus Fernandes, who moved to Tottenham for 99 million euros.
