Tottenham Hotspur have completed the signing of West Ham midfielder Matheus Fernandes for a fee of €99 million.

The London club confirmed the deal on their official website. Previously, Manchester United had pulled out of the race, considering the price too high.

Fernandes made 42 appearances last season, scoring 5 goals and providing 5 assists. His contract with West Ham was valid until 2030.
