According to Oxu.Az, these words were said by Nasimi Pashayev, deputy chairman of the Board of Directors of "Turan Tovuz", in an interview with AZERTAC.
He stated that since there is no official information, the club continues preparations for the UEFA Conference League: "The team is on rest. Players will gather in a few days. UEFA representatives inspected the Tovuz stadium and praised the reconstruction work."
It should be noted that there were rumors that "Turan Tovuz" might be excluded from European cups due to events in 2019. That year, a UEFA report led to lifetime bans for seven players for match-fixing.
