A footballer not included in Turan Tovuz's future plans could move to another Premier League club.

Oxu.Az reports citing Idmanxeber.az that the player is Khayal Najafov. The 28-year-old midfielder is of interest to Zira.

The club can sign the experienced player. There is no agreement yet, but head coach Rashad Sadigov appreciates his performance.

Najafov's contract with Tovuz expires in summer. It is reported that he is not in the plans of head coach Kurban Berdiyev. The midfielder will likely not be at Turan Tovuz next season.

Last season, Najafov played 21 matches in all tournaments for Turan Tovuz and provided two assists.
