Uzbekistan WC 2026 squad: Sabah star left out

The final 26-man squad of Uzbekistan for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, co-hosted by the US, Canada, and Mexico, has been announced.

Italian head coach Fabio Cannavaro released the list. Umarali Rakhmonaliev, who plays for Azerbaijan's Sabah, was not included, confirming his absence from the tournament.

The World Cup will be held from June 11 to July 19, 2026, across stadiums in the three host nations.
