The 37-year-old Swiss goalkeeper's contract expired.

Sommer won four trophies in three seasons with Inter.

He played 139 matches, conceding 120 goals and keeping 66 clean sheets.

Previously, he played for Basel, Borussia Mönchengladbach, and Bayern Munich.
