A U.S. judge has postponed the trial of former FBI Director James Comey to October 21.

Comey is accused of posting seashells online as a threat to President Donald Trump.

Judge Louise Wood Flanagan granted the delay after Comey's lawyers said they would file multiple constitutional motions.

The trial was originally set for July in North Carolina.
