Bond.az reports that Cuba has acquired over 300 military drones and recently discussed plans to attack the US base at Guantanamo Bay, US military vessels, and possibly Key West, Florida, according to Axios, citing classified intelligence.

The intelligence could become a pretext for US military action. A senior US official said the threat is linked to drone warfare developments and the presence of Iranian military advisers in Havana.

Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
