Erin Patterson, who was convicted of murdering three relatives with a toxic mushroom meal, will have her appeal heard in August.
The Supreme Court of Victoria confirmed the Court of Appeal will hear the case on August 19-20.
Patterson claims a fundamental irregularity occurred during jury sequestration.
Prosecutors have also filed an appeal against her sentence, calling it manifestly inadequate.
