FIFA will expand its use of artificial intelligence on social media to reduce the number of insults directed at teams and players.

According to Oxu.Az, this was reported by The Guardian.

Ahead of the World Cup, the organization has offered all national federations free access to "Respondology," an AI-based moderation service for social networks.

The technology scans comments across 30,000 keywords and hides racist, homophobic, misogynistic, and other aggressive comments in less than two seconds. Meanwhile, the author of the offensive comment continues to see their own post but is unaware that it is hidden from other users and forwarded to the security service.

Violators may be banned from entering stadiums.

Although the service works on most platforms, it does not function on the social network "X."

The creators of the technology claim that the system can recognize insults in all languages of the world, including artificial languages like Morse code and Klingon. Additionally, the system understands cultural references and linguistic nuances.
