Nearly 100,000 students have already been admitted to the first grade.
According to Oxu.az, this was stated by Eshqi Baghirov, director of the State Agency for Preschool and General Education, in a statement to journalists.
He noted that the admission process became active yesterday, and within one day, 95,000 students were admitted to the first grade without interviews, exams, or competition.
It should be noted that the admission of students to the first grades of general education institutions for the 2026-2027 academic year began yesterday at 15:00 and will continue until June 5 at 11:00.
