A 354K manat contract for managing a boiler house in Agdam goes to Hadi Rajabli's son's company without open tender.

Hadi Rajabli's son gets 350K job

In Agdam, 354,008 manat will be spent on managing the heating system of a central boiler house built for IDPs in the second phase of a residential complex.

The service will be provided by City Service MMC, headed by Tural Rajabli, son of late ex-MP Hadi Rajabli.

The procurement procedure was not conducted on the state procurement portal.
