A National Data Hub has been established as part of the 2026-2028 Action Plan to accelerate digital development.
Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev announced at the first meeting of the Digital Development Council that the plan includes 58 initiatives. Roadmaps with 40 state agencies have been prepared, and 13 have been approved.
The minister noted that migration of state information systems to the government cloud and construction of a new data center continue. MyGov platform users reached 3.5 million.
Artificial intelligence is a priority. A virtual assistant has been integrated into MyGov. The Azerbaijan Resilience Cluster is being created.
In cybersecurity, work continues on establishing the National Security Operations Center, National Cyber Incident Response Center, and Digital Investigation Center.
