Although the use of artificial intelligence is rapidly increasing, most questions users ask are about personal life.
Recent statistics show that 55% of queries to AI are personal, and 30% are work-related.
According to Oxu.Az citing "Xazar" TV, citizens use AI mainly for daily life, education, travel, investment, health, and various research.
Some users ask for directions, historical and geographical information, or solutions to math problems. Others prefer information about children's health, family matters, tourism, and cars.
ICT expert Asif Rzayev stated that while AI is useful in many areas, its information cannot always be considered completely reliable.
According to him, AI shows higher accuracy in technical fields like programming, mathematics, statistics, and fact-based topics.
"In these areas, the concept of right and wrong is clearer, and the database is extensive. However, in fields requiring individual approach like psychology, family relations, and emotional topics, AI may err. Because it processes data but does not experience human feelings," the expert emphasized.
Psychologist Ilaha Aslanova believes one reason people turn to AI for personal problems is its 24/7 availability.
She says AI reduces time spent on information search and allows users to ask questions anonymously.
"Some people prefer to remain anonymous when discussing personal and sensitive topics. However, keep in mind that AI does not always give correct answers. Overuse can weaken critical thinking and research skills," the psychologist stated.
Experts emphasize that while AI is a useful tool simplifying daily life, it is important to critically evaluate the information it provides. Especially when making important decisions or on sensitive topics, additional sources are recommended.
